San Pasqual Valley Unified School District's schools enrolled 591 students in the 2022-23 school year, 2.2% less than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.1% of them were girls, and 49.9% were boys.

The most represented ethnicity among San Pasqual Valley Unified School District students was American Indian or Alaska Native, accounting for 48.6% of the student population.

San Pasqual Valley Unified School District covers five schools within Imperial County with its main office in Winterhaven.

Among the five schools in San Pasqual Valley Unified School District, San Pasqual Valley Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 230 students in the 2022-23 school year.

In the last decade, enrollment in California elementary and secondary schools rose by at least 5%, while high school enrollment dropped 5%.

However, overall enrollment in California public schools is sliding, and the Public Policy Institute of California expects it to drop another 8% by the 2031-32 school year.
