IMPERIAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: 32nd Annual Christmas in A Small Town Christmas Market

Xmas

Imperial Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE 32ND ANNUAL CHRISTMAS IN A SMALL TOWN, A SMALL TOWN CHRISTMAS MARKET ON DECEMBER 12, 2020.

The Imperial Chamber is thrilled to be able host Christmas in a Small Town, A Small Town Christmas Market in 2020. Due to COVID-19 and the Imperial County Public Health Department Guidelines, there will be modifications to our traditional event, please read the following, as well as Application Instructions and Guidelines carefully.

ALL VENDORS: VENDOR SPACE IS LIMITED. At this time, the Chamber will only be able to accommodate 1/2 the vendors compared to years past. Please get your applications in early, as it is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. We love all of our vendors and to be fair, cannot "save" your traditional spot. We thank you for understanding. We are hopeful, that by December our Valley will have opened up and we can add additional vendors, but at this time, we are limited. CLICK HERE FOR YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION

FOOD VENDORS:  All food trucks will be required to reserve 3 spots. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, Food Vendors will be required to purchase their own Temporary Food Permit at the ICPHD and submit a copy with your completed Christmas in a Small Town Application. The Deadline for Food Vendors is November 25, 2020.  CLICK HERE FOR YOUR TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT APPLICATION

PAYMENT:  Because of the uncertainty of the COVID numbers, the Imperial Chamber will be taking payment at the time of your submitted application in the form of check, cash or debit/credit card. However, checks and cash will not be deposited or debit/credit cards will not be charged until November 25, 2020. This is a safety precaution, in the event Christmas in a Small Town has to be cancelled due to the Imperial County Public Health Department requirements. If Christmas in a Small Town is cancelled because of the ICPHD, all vendors will receive a full refund and debit/credit cards will not be charged. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ICPHD

APPLICATIONS:  The application is much longer as we have COVID Rules & Regulations to adhere to. PLEASE read the guidelines carefully. Any vendor that is non-compliant will be shut down immediately and will not be refunded. The booth requirements to participate in Christmas in a Small Town may not be a fit for your product.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:  For safety reasons, we prefer all applications be mailed, faxed or emailed to the Imperial Chamber. However, if you prefer to submit your application in person, please call 760-355-1609 to make an appointment. We will be taking one person/vendor at a time.

IF YOU MAIL IN YOUR APPLICATION AND DO NOT RECEIVE A CALL OR EMAIL FROM THE CHAMBER CONFIRMING, PLEASE FOLLOW-UP. THE CHAMBER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST APPLICATIONS.
