On Friday, Feb. 21, former Brawley Union High School standout Tamara Carranza’s current college team, the New Mexico State Aggies, lost 11-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Iowa State Cyclones.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cyclones this season.

The Aggies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1:15 p.m. at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium against California Baptist Lancers.
