“For commuters traveling the Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry, there will be temporary lane closures of northbound privately owned vehicle inspection lanes on Wed, 2/1 and Thur, 2/2, b/w 9am & 5pm. These closures are necessary for future improvements. Drivers should anticipate delays.”
