On Friday, March 7, former Imperial High School standout Angel Barron’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Tampa Spartans.

The game took place at CSUSM Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m. at CSUSM Baseball Field against Tampa Spartans.
